the guys were super helpful and really friendly. didn't make too many promises. got about half my data back. did have some difficulty trying to coordinate drop off of replacement drive seeing not open outside normal hrs (when I work full-time) but got there in the end :)

Friday, 13 September 2024 was definitely Black Friday with my internet connectivity ! My mail platform to send/receive emails started buffering during downloading, then completely froze. Somehow lost over 10 years worth of received emails for 3 mail accounts, all my mail storage folders and every single email ever sent ! All disappeared - total disaster !My Internet provider could not explain why and was not able to assist recover any data, not even from their own mail platform ! They said fault lies with the provider of mail platform we use ? Well that provider's customer service is not existent !Luckily, I was recommended to consult Technetics Data Recovery in South Melbourne for assistance.
