I had a crisis arise in losing all of our Outlook emails & history. Not only do we depend on Outlook for all our correspondence, it also occurred at a time when my mother was being admitted to Aged Care. For people who have experienced this, it is a very challenging family time, along with so much documentation being sent for completion. I rang Technetics & they were fantastic! Knowing how stressful my personal situation was, they invited me to drop it off that day. They took all the details and said they will prioritise it. They did so & I collected my PC within a day or 2. Their guidance and support to me for the data recovery transfer process once at home was excellent, especially being mature age & not having this IT knowledge. They were patient, responsive & caring. Such thoughtful, efficient service and.... with the offer of no-charge, is very rare these days. I will never forget the Technetics team for their significant help during this stressful time. Thanks to their professional team I could retrieve all my data. I had a 4Tb hdd full of vital data that suddenly stopped working and they could recover all my data in a timely manner and the price was reasonable too. They also helped me on how to replace my faulty drive.

They made the cost clear up front and kept me updated so I could make the best choice possible. The cost felt like a lot at the time, but the cost of losing a large chunk of our family memoires would have felt like a lot more.
